For the five classes in Nam Dong our team provides ongoing support. Once a month, Hong and Vivien provide on-the-job training advice and conduct training sessions. Teachers and students have carried out interesting projects such as “We plant rice and prepare rice dishes”, “We make a bamboo workshop” and “We build up a stilt house in our class”.

 With the great help of our generous donors, The Office of Genetic Conselling and Disabled Children of Hue College of Medicine and Pharmacy in co-operation with Committee of Population, Family and Children of Hue City, Phan Dang Luu High School and Vinh Xuan High Schools handed over scholarships of Autumn term in school year 2007 – 2008 for 87 poor students on area of Thua Thien Hue Province with the sum of $3,585.

Sewing class with support of VNHELP organization |

 We are very happy to continue getting the support of VNHELP Organization (USA) for the sewing class for students with disabilities and the disadvantaged in Thua Thien Hue Province. The sewing class started on 20 November 2007 and is expected to be completed in August 2008. With this support, 20 students have good opportunity to learn how to sew and hopefully get a job in the future. On behalf of the students, we show our deep gratitude to VNHELP Organization. We hope that with the great support of VNHELP Organization, together with the students who always strive to do their best, they can achieve their goals for their future.
